Mike is a classroom teacher with over 10 years experience, 7 was spent as a Mathematics Learning Specialist in 3 schools. During this time, Mike has worked at a whole school and classroom level, working with whole staff, individual classroom teachers and students to develop effective mathematics practices.
Mike has presented at national and state mathematics conferences on a variety of topics.
Mike regularly writes about mathematics education, having been published in Common Denominator and Prime Number Magazines.
Mike is a created of educational resources, having created games with Dr Paul Swan, reviewed lessons for Maths300 and written lesson sequences for the Department of Education and Mathematical Association of Victoria.
