Melbourne Mathematics Conference | The Mathematical Association of Victoria (MAV) in collaboration with The University of Melbourne: Faculty of Education present a conference focusing on, Elevating Mathematics Education through Connecting Thoery and Practice. 

The conference theme, Elevating Mathematics Education through Connecting Theory and Practice, brings together educators, researchers, mathematicians, and industry professionals to align theoretical insights with practical classroom applications. Through keynotes, interactive workshops, and collaborative sessions, participants will explore how evidence-informed research can shape effective teaching, foster deep mathematical understanding, and respond to real-world challenges. This event supports continual professional learning, innovation, and connection across the mathematics education community.   

Venue: In person at The University of Melbourne 

Time: 9am to 3.30pm each day followed by happy hour.
